The OPCS is striving to provide the utmost benefits to overseas Pakistanis as there are Approx. 9 million
Pakistanis living abroad. They may face various work-related issues, especially in mid-eastern and gulf
countries from time to time, so, in this regard, OPCS has developed a complaint cell that answers and
resolves these problems.
Many complaints are received through various channels including from the Prime minister’s office, the
ministry of overseas Pakistanis & HRD, the Pak mission abroad, and OP’s grievance cell supreme court of
Pakistan. Moreover, OPs can directly lodge their complaints to OPCS through Phone, fax, emails, or the
complaint portal on the OPCS website.
- OPCS registered members are eligible for services offered by OPCS.
- Overseas Pakistanis who are not registered can obtain membership.
OPCS’s are directed to lodge their complaints with the complete necessary documentation to support their grievances in order to reduce processing time.
